A. Authentication & User Accounts
When you choose to sign in via Google Sign-In, we receive your basic public profile information (name, email address, profile picture) managed securely through Firebase Authentication. If you choose "Continue as Guest", no personal identity or contact info is required.
B. Push Notifications & FCM Tokens
To deliver breaking news alerts and personalized updates, Krihaa News uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM). An anonymized push token is generated by your device and securely registered with Firebase.
C. Saved Bookmarks & Reading History
Article bookmarks, category preferences, and reading progress are synchronized locally and via secure cloud storage (Firebase Firestore) to maintain your reading experience across app restarts.
